My name is Sandra Weber and I'm excited to work with you on your provincial matter. I've been working in the criminal law sector for the past 30 years, starting out on the defence side as a paralegal, moving into the courthouse working as a Court Clerk, and promoted to a Senior Court Clerk for a period of time. From there I was a paralegal for the crown prosecutors office for 10 years and then moving into the Provincial Prosecutor position. I've been prosecuting provincial offences for the last 15 years and I love being in the courtroom. My time as a crown prosecutor has come to an end and I am excited to move back onto the defence side. I have worked hard to establish excellent working relationships with all of my professional colleagues and I am looking forward to the challenge of working with my clients and assisting them in their time of need.
With my experience and passion for the law I am proud of the work I do and I provide my clients with the best possible representation. I am excited to focus my practice on impaired by alcohol/drug tickets as I enjoy writing and legal arguments - but I don't hesitate to take on any case that requires attention and dedication from myself or my client as the courtroom will always be my happy place!

The first thing we'll do is set up a consultation where we can discuss your case and what's happening with it. If there are any problems or issues, we'll talk about how they're going to be resolved, if possible, or whether we will take the matter to trial.
